Ora tava eu aqui a vasculhar os meus mp3 e eis que dou com a discografia dos The Who. Meto o album "Who's Next" e espeto logo com a Baba O' Riley. Fiquei incrédulo por pensar na potência com que isto nao foi tocado pelos Pearl Jam na segunda, que me deixaram completamente frenético, a saltar parecia um macaco com o cio. Simplesmente lindo, este som é para mim dos melhores de sempre. Brilhante.

Como sabem, as newsgroups tornaram-se o meu ponto favorito no que toca a downloads. Devido à grande diversidade e à grande rapidez, as news são simplesmente brutais, intocáveis para aqueles que as usam.
Como sabem também, ultimamente tem aparecido imenso lixo, o que faz com que os ficheiros que são postados acabem por se perder. Um utilizador das Newsgroups e membro do FNF escreveu este texto que acho ser importante de ler:

Fui dar uma olhadela ao dito fórum que servirá de Armagedão para o Mundo do serviço de News da telepac. Devo dizer que a atitude do mano que codou o tal script que enche isto de tralha é de louvar, além do trabalho que teve possivelmente em PERL -possivelmente, note-se, que os meus conhecimentos na área não são dos melhores que por aí andam-.
Ele alega uma atitude exemplar de eliminar a partilha de material ilícito, protegido por direitos de autor, etc. Mais uma vez friso, é de louvar. É de louvar que alguém esteja finalmente do lado das produtoras de software, do lado das editoras discográficas, do lado dos distribuidores de cinema. Eles têm pouco e cobram-nos pouco pelo material que disponibilizam. (leia-se com tom de ironia) Eu poderia enveredar pelos textos e textos que alegam excesso de preço e défice de qualidade nos serviços que os supracitados nos fornecem; poderia duplicar os (também várias vezes publicados) textos que referem a "partilha" como algo de positivo, algo encorajável (como conceito de ensinar aos filhos, entenda-se); poderia falar do direito que temos a experimentar um produto antes de o adquirir realmente, mas não o vou fazer. Vou sim, por em causa a moralidade deste rapaz (não senhor, rapaz) para estar sozinho a tratar de acabar ou inviabilizar um serviço que é para todos, de uma forma ou de outra, para o bem ou para o mal.
Eu, ao ser cliente Telepac (ou de um dos seus vários sub-ISP se lhe quiserem chamar assim), considero-me com o direito de usufruir dos seus serviços, entre eles as News. Para o que eu o vou usar é comigo, a minha moralidade irá permitir (ou não) que eu partilhe ou faça download dos ficheiros que eu bem entenda. As news são uma comunidade e como tal, há regras implícitas que devem ser seguidas. Este rapaz está a infringir essas regras, tomando-se como polícia da comunidade. Se há alguém que deveria fazer prevalecer as regras (desta vez as implícitas), seria mesmo a administração dos servidores de news. Desconheço que alguém de lá tenha pedido isto ao sujeito e imagino que se o fizessem não seria desta forma. Ele está desta forma a impedir o uso (correcto ou incorrecto, na mente e consciencia de cada um) de um serviço que deveríamos tomar por garantido. Conseguirá assim um cargo como programador ou "net-cop"? O tempo o dirá. (note-se que é uma especulação, não faço ideia se é realmente este o objectivo do sujeito)
Em termos legais, é bastante mais fácil tentar encontrar este rapaz fazendo uma busca por IP onde o programa acedeu para fazer o post do que fazer a mesma busca para encontrar todos os que fizeram download de material ilícito (reparem que se torna uma luta de Spam vs Pirataria/Partilha Ilegal, tudo termos previstos e puníveis por lei). Em termos morais, que capacidade e autoridade tem ele para decidir o que fazer quanto a este tema? Que moralidade tem ele para fazer a justiça prevalecer, ainda que por caminhos igualmente ilegais?
A única coisa que poderemos eventalmente fazer será pedir atenciosamente à Telepac que impeça de alguma forma o uso deste serviço por parte deste utilizador e rezar para que não tentem encontrar-nos a fazer download/upload de conteúdos ilegais. A forma que este sujeito teria para fazer prevalecer a sua vontade e a "seriedade" do que se passa por cá seria pedir/exigir à Telepac que monitorizasse decentemente os servidores. Na minha opinião, seria a coisa correcta a fazer.
Mas isto traz novas questões, talvez um pouco mais ambíguas...
Que diferença lhe faz a ele o que aqui é postado? Que motivo tem ele para estragar a (mais ou menos legal) comunidade que aqui se criou? Será que por uma simples alegada vingança a um Admin de certo fórum devemos todos pagar? Imagino que se o rapaz até dá uns toques de programação, conseguisse sem esforço de maior tratar da saúde ao dito cujo administrador, falando de bits e bytes, de hacking talvez... Mas isto são suposições.
Peço desculpa pelo texto longo, mas precisei de "desabafar" sobre este tema e dar a minha opinião, tentando não a impor, nem à minha vontade, a ninguém. Caso eventualmente alguém veja ser de interesse publicar este texto em algum lado, basta um simples copy-paste, estejam à vontade.
Espero que tenha servido para levantar questões e fazer pensar um pouco, por formas mais "correctas" do que insultar a mãe de alguém ou disparar insultos gratuitos sem fundamentar a opinião depreciativa.

Mundial está ai!
Desde puto que venero esta competição... Aliás, foi a partir do mundial de 94 nos Estados Unidos e também do 6-3(SLB allez) que sigo com atenção o futebol. É realmente o desporto-rei, o desporto que desperta maiores paixoes e odios por todo o mundo. Nao tenho problema nenhum em dizer que já chorei por causa de futebol, qd era puto e via o slb perder ficava pior que fdd, nada pior me podia acontecer... E de 4 em 4 anos, temos o mundial. A competição rei do futebol. O palco dos sonhos. Ai está, o mundial da Alemanha 2006.
